I am a coach who is here to help you know who you are, steward your life and time well and grow what really matters.

I spent many years doing all the things, stuffing down feelings and “handling” everything. Basically I fit the oldest daughter + oldest granddaughter stereotype to a T.

I started working with a coach in 2022 after experience an unexpected career shift and realizing my boys were getting older and my season of motherhood wasn’t quote as intense. Those two sifts left me feeling restless and not knowing who I was anymore.

My realizations and transformations in my first year of working with a coach made me realize I wanted to shift careers. I’d spent 20 years in agri-marketing and I was ready to work with people one-on-one, and not just as consumers, clicks or target markets. So in 2024 I started training to become a coach. (Don’t worry, not everyone who works with a coach changes careers - but you might!)

I am certified in the REALIFE Process. This process changed my life before I ever helped anyone else walk through it. Going from a 9-5, in the office, work life to entrepreneurship was a tougher challenge than I expected. In my previous work life, my days were pretty much determined by external factors - emails, meetings, kid/family events. I really struggled to form my days in a way that moved my coaching practice forward.

The REALIFE Process helped me redefine why I wanted to coach, focus on what was most important to me personally and in business, and insightfully steward my days.

Now its my honor and joy to coach others and be a part of their growth and insightful living.

I am always learning and growing so I can be the best coach for those God spends my way. I’m in the process of becoming certified through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and the International Coaching Federation.

I’m also a wife to Chris, Mom to teenage boys, dog enthusiast, former farm girl, and still an unapologetic Jesus girl. I spent 20 years in ag marketing and loved those years connecting consumers to where their food comes from.
