Through the REALIFE Process Needs and Values assessment you will discover your top 5 core needs and top 5 core values. Then you’ll get 3 coaching sessions where I’ll help you define your needs and values, develop strategies for getting your needs met and outlets for living your values.

Getting Started - 3 Coaching Sessions

This package includes 3 60 minute coaching sessions and access to Coach Nikki on Voxer between sessions.

Going Deeper - 6 Coaching Sessions
$400.00

The Going Deeper gives you 6 coaching sessions. Each session is 60 minutes and in between sessions you have access to Coach Nikki through Voxer.

I will never let money be the reason we can’t work together. Reach out to me by email if you are seeking personal growth and ready to do the work, but finances are holding you back.

I have been fortunate to have had several sessions with Nikki. She is a great listener, while also not allowing me to ramble on and lose focus. The balance is handled in a respectful and gentle manner. Every session has centered time looking at next steps. I  leave with very specific “homework” that I am to do between that session and the next. It is the first thing she asks about at the following session. Nikki is a joy to spend time with while also helping me move forward with the goals I have. I highly recommend her coaching.
